Working with adults in therapy, I strive to support the aspects of self that have been buried or somehow forgotten. In my work I support you to express all
aspects of self that need to emerge for you to feel truly alive.
In my diagnosis and therapy with adults, I, along with the client, see the essential core that has been covered and is being buried in symptoms and work collaboratively to bring this essence forth.
The techniques I use can vary depending on the presenting issue. I am versed in analytic, cognitive and dialectical behavioral, somatic, mind/body approaches to healing. I strive to connect deeply to what you wish to accomplish and to help you identify and conquer the blocks to living a fuller, richer life.
